We Believe In the power of photography

For our …

The Club connects members with others in the larger Eastern Shore community through its Speaker meetings and Exhibits of Club member’s photographs, both of which are open to the public.

    • To connect with others, even transcending language
    • To capture life in images and preserve memories
    • To promote a business or oneself

The Club supports the members’ interest to learn through the Speakers meetings, workshops on specific topics, and Special Interest Groups, which are organized and run by club members with similar interests.

    • To document history
    • To send a message and influence

The Club helps the members on their individual photographic paths – from better family snapshots, to full expression of their inspiration, to finding photographic kindred spirits.

    • To express and reflect one’s feelings
    • To show and share beauty
    • To learn

About Us

Our club supports photography, knowledge about the use of the camera, and a dedication to improving member skills in producing great pictures. Our members strive to promote interest and participation in the field of photography for all levels and ages.

Many of us believe that participating in “theme guided” photography assignments is a good way of learning new techniques which one might otherwise have never tried. Themes are designed to provide challenge and teach varying photographic skills, and oftentimes tie in with a previous months speaker meeting topic or a prior club workshop

Great speakers

The Club Speaker Program is open to the public to give a wider audience access to get to know club members and an opportunity for inspiration. Larger than life accomplished photographers present their images and share their experience and expertise in an intimate environment where no question goes unanswered.

Education is Key to our success
