• Exhibit Theme.  Photographed subjects should be thematic to the Eastern Shore.  As examples, the Bay Bridge, native shore birds, skipjacks, log canoes, beach and maritime scenery, Eastern Shore rural and town scenes are all acceptable subjects.

• Image Quota.  Space is limited; the gallery area can accommodate approximately seventeen (17) images.  Members may submit a maximum of three (3) images (framed, canvas or other media).  If submitting more than one image, the member must indicate image priority (1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd).  The Exhibit Coordinator will select images based on the total number of submissions received, the number of submitters, image priority, and the timing of the submissions.  The Exhibit Coordinator will also acknowledge receipt of registrations and inform the photographer of his/her exhibit status. 

• Size and Framing.  Due to space constraints, the maximum size of work, including edges of artwork or frame, cannot exceed 20” in any direction. Images will be hung by gallery rods, therefore all images must be wired for hanging, whether framed prints, canvas or metal.  No saw-tooth hanging devices.

• Image Time Limit. There is no time limit requirement.

• Judging. This is a non-judged event.

• Registration. Registration of all prints is required no later than September 18.
